I moved to Austin, Texas in the fall of 1978 to teach photography in the Art Department at the University of Texas. I spent seven very wonderful years there. It was a time of great personal and artistic growth, a time of much trial and error. I learned about Art, Music, Culture, Food, Love, Friendship & Politics. What remains from that time (besides memories) are some photographs, made with a plastic Diana camera and a Leica M3.
